Runescape is supported by every country, you may not have a server specifically for yours, but you can still play.

There is no set level range. The level of players you are allowed to attack and the level of players who can attack you first depends on the individual level. The formula to calculate the range is level range = (0.1 * cmbtlvl) + 5. The resulting level range always rounds down. In other words, if you are combat level 63, you can attack players in the range of 52 (63 - 11) to 74 (63 + 11).

I prefer to think of God as not exactly part of this world, and therefore quite different to anything we can imagine. About any picture we can make of God is antropomorphic, meaning we will imagine Him to be similar to us. But it is not likely that He even has a shape that resembles a human being - or even that He has any shape at all.

Here are the stats for the melee:

Helmet: -5 magic attack and -2 range attack. 47 stab defence, 49 slash defence, 43 crush defence, -3 magic defence, and 48 ranged defence, and 12 summoning defence.

Platebody: -20 magic attack. 92 stab defence, 108 slash defence, and 113 crush defence. -4 magic defence and 97 ranged defence, and 52 summoning defence.

Platelegs: -25 magic attack and -2 ranged attack. 78 stab defence, 76 slash defence, and 83 crush defence. -5 mage defence and 75 ranged defence, and 25 summoning defence.

Kiteshield: -10 magic attack and -4 ranged attack. 63 stab defence, 65 slash defence, 61 crush defence, -3 magic defence, 63 ranged defence, and 60 summoning defence.

In runescape, the tannery is in Al Kharid. If you look on your map, (which is near your compas, it's the world symbol) look on the map i provided for you below, the tannery is the t-shirt next to the furnace. You cannot plume helmets in runescape. But you can use a full helmet with a herald stand in your Player Owned House, and there are treasure trail rewards with different coloured plumes.

You go to account management then click cancel Runescape membership, enter you credit card number that you used to start the Runescape membership, then you click cancel for the account that you want to cancel. Voila! There you have it!

Yes, as you level in crafting, spinning flax does get slightly faster but only if you are wearing the tiara thingy from the Camelot Achievement dairies. ( The Fully Upgraded Tiara )

maby if this question stays up,it will be answered, but anyways it is wrong to use moparscape or any other runescape private server so just make a REAL runescape account and keep working for it.... i, belive it or not, have a elysian spirit shield and i have only been playing for 2 yrs and i only play 1 hr or less a day.

Clan logos/icons are not currently available in RuneScape. However, this update is planned for the future, according to certain Developer Blogs that have been released. Please see the related links for more information.

It depends entirely upon what you've done/severity.
If you're permanently banned with no hope of being unbanned - you'll lose EVERYTHING.
If you're temporarily banned, you'll lose NOTHING.
If you're permanently banned with several others whilst in possession of rare items, they'll be re-entered into the Grand Exchange.

either way you attack first because golbat is way faster but you will probably lose the battle because raiku is a electric legendary which is super effective on flying. just raise golbat's level

You're not allowed to fly out of any country legally with more thank 10k cash unless you've talked to a head figure in the government of that country and declared your intentions.
