Do Darien and Serena get back together after episode 58?
Darien (Mamoru) and Serena (Usagi) reconcile in English dub episode 77, Japanese episode 70.
In the English dub episode 58, Rini (Chibiusa) attempts to use her Crystal Key to get home to the 30th century for the first time, but the attempt fails. Serena and the other Scouts want to know more about Rini and what happened, including why droids from the Black Moon seem to be after her, but Tuxedo Mask defends Rini, saying she probably has good reason to keep secrets.
This adds to the tension Serena feels towards Rini, because it seems as though Darien likes Rini more than he likes Serena anymore, and she is not sure why.
Why did tuxedo mask leave the sailor scouts?
Well, technically, he was never an official Sailor Scout. He did stop fighting with them a few times, though, and this is why:
The first time he stopped helping them, it was during the first season and because he was captured and brain-washed by Queen Beryl.
The second time it happened, it was because he had amnesia. In the original version of the story, he and the Sailor scouts had all died in the fight against Beryl and were resurrected by the power of the Imperium Silver Crystal. In both the original and the English versions of the story, though, he and the other Sailor scouts all lost their memories after the fight. (It should be noted, though, that Darien's soul returned to help the Sailor Scouts even when he had amnesia. This was in the form on the Moonlight Knight, who was an astral projection of Darien's.)
The third time it happened, it was because Darien had temporarily broken up with Serena. He had been having nightmares that staying with him would get her killed, and he believed them for a little while. It should be noted that, at least in the manga, Darien actually DID have some psychic powers. It turned out that the dreams were being caused by something else, though, so he got back together with Serena after finding out they weren't based on any actual reality.
In the Stars season, it was because he had travelled to America to go to medical school. Not only did this hurt Usagi a lot, he was killed by Galaxia while he was there. Again, though, the power of Sailor Moon's crystal eventually allowed him to return to life.
There might have been some other times when Tuxedo Mask stopped helping the scouts, but I've forgotten when they were.
Did any of the Sailor Scouts die permenantly in Sailor Moon?
No, in series one they die but the power of the Silver Crystal brought them back to life, and they can't permanently die as in the future Rini knows them and gives Serena messages from them in the future Raye (calling her stupid). ---- However in the last series the Senshi (Scouts) and Mamoru (Darien) all die but Sailor Moon with the help of Chibi Chibi brought them back to life once Galaxia had been defeted.

When do sarena and darien get together in sailor moon?
Serena and Darien first officially become a couple in the final Alan and Ann episode. In the DiC dub, that's episode 53 Treed. (Japanese: episode 59, The true love awakens! The Makaiju's secret)
However, two episodes later, Darien/Mamoru breaks up with Usagi/Serena!
BUT!! They get back together for good in DiC episode 70 Promises Fufilled (Japanese: episode 77, The Thoughts Are the Same! Usagi and Mamoru in Love Again)
At the end of the StarS anime, they become engaged.
However if you read the StarS manga (Act 52 first print, or Act 60 Japanese reprint) They get married, and at the wedding Usagi/Serena discovers that she is already pregnant with Chibiusa/Rini. Usagi keeps the last name of Tsukino.
In Naoko Takeuchi's last manga (A short titled Parallel Sailormoon) Usagi and Mamoru are still married and have had two daughters: Chibiusa/Rini and Kousagi, both of whom have their mother's maiden name of Tsukino.

After having watched the series, I (the asker) can now answer my own question. The answer is yes; there will of course be debates as to which one is "better", but one can get the full experience by watching the dub. It is nowhere near a "hack-and-slash" translation.

What episode did sailor moon fall in love with dan?
"Dan" is not a character in the Sailor Moon series. "Darien" is the dub name given to Mamoru.
It is uncertain which episode she fell in love with him. She fell in love with Tuxedo Kamen in episode 1, but she didn't fall in love with Mamoru until episode 34 when he reveals that he is Tuxedo Kamen and is injured from blocking Zoicite's attack on Sailor Moon.

Yes. In Japanese mythology, there was a story of a Princess Kaguya. It is sometimes called "The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter" or simply "Princess Kaguya," and is one of the oldest known Japanese stories.
Unlike the Sailor Moon S movie that featured a character of the same name, the mythical princess from the moon was found inside a glowing bamboo stalk by an old, childless bamboo cutter. The princess had glowing hair and became known for her beauty. Though the bamboo cutter and his wife tried to keep knowledge of her from the outside world, eventually several princes came to ask for Kaguya-hime's hand in marriage. Kaguya-hime said she would marry the one who completed a task she gave him; all either failed or deceived her in trying to complete their assigned task. The Emperor also came to ask for Kaguya-hime's hand in marriage, but she refused him repeatedly.
The Emperor persisted in his proposals, but was unaware of Kaguya-hime's strange behavior at home while looking at the summer moon. Eventually, she revealed that she was actually from the moon, and would one day have to return to her true home. The Emperor tried to stop those from the Moon from taking her away by having guards surround her foster parents' home, but she was still taken away--though not before giving her heavenly robe to her parents and an elixir of life to a guard to give to the Emperor along with a note.
The Emperor was very saddened when he heard about Kaguya-hime's leaving, but refused to take the immortality-giving elixir of life and instead sent an entourage of guards to the top of what is now known as Mount Fuji to burn it.
When does darien cheat on Serena?
Darien (Mamoru Chiba in the original Japanese) never cheats on Serena (Usagi Tsukino). He does break up with her toward the beginning of the second part of Season 2, in episode 61, "Huge Shock for Usagi! Mamoru Declares a Breakup!" (episode 55 in the dub, "The Cosmetic Caper").
During various points during their split, Mamoru deliberately led Usagi to believe he had moved on and gotten a new girlfriend (Unazuki/Lizzie, the younger sister of Mamoru's best friend, Motoki/Andrew), but she later found out that Mamoru had just done Unazuki a favor, and was not actually dating her.

Which villain killed Sailor Moon in the manga?
Out of all the manga villains, it could be argued that Master Pharaoh 90 is the only one that "killed" Sailor Moon when she jumped into the abyss with the Holy Grail after Mistress 9 merged with it. However, she later appeared as Super Sailor Moon, despite the other Sailor Senshi having used up all of their powers (which is what Sailor Moon normally required to become Super Sailor Moon). That and the fact that Sailor Chibimoon did not disappear after Sailor Moon's actions indicate that she was not actually dead, but gravely wounded until she reawakened and healed.
No other villain in the Sailor Moon manga could be said to have killed Sailor Moon; they were defeated (by her or others) before they could kill her, or she healed them.
In the anime, however, Sailor Moon is either killed or sacrifices herself multiple times to save Earth and her loved ones, so in the anime, it could be said that Queen Metallia "killed" her (at the same time that Princess Serenity/Sailor Moon destroyed Metallia), though Sailor Moon was reborn by wishing on the Silver Crystal.
