True BNC connectors have four parts. The main body, a metal washer, a specially shaped rubber washer and a screw in ferrule to hold it all together. They also require some soldering to do it properly.

And since you're asking, installing a true BNC connector would require several pages of typing to explain how. There are two alternatives: Find a broadcast engineer or video technician who'll show you the process, or just get some screw on type connectors, which are easy to figure out and install. They'll also work quite dependably, too.

Go out from the dish set-top box and into the vcr and then out from vcr into the tv.

Most receivers have outputs that are RCA (Yellow/Red/White). On the back of your VCR, you should have inputs for RCA. Also have inputs on the back of the Television.

There are two ways to go if it is a non-HD receiver: Coaxial and RCA

---- Take the cable output from the back of the receiver (it says "out to tv") and connect that to the input on the VCR. Then take another cable and attach it to the output on the VCR and connect that to the TV's input. This requires you to set the TV to either channel 3 or 4 depending on the setup on the VCR.

---- Take the RCA (Yellow/Red/White) from the receiver to the VCR inputs and plug them in. Hookup the VCR to the TV using the Coax or using the RCA output on the VCR. Note: this will require you to set the VCR to the TV/VCR setting in order to view the Video/Audio output. This would require either changing the channel (Coax output) or changing the TV's video input.

And how come no ghost hunter shows ask the important questions... like what is it like over there? do you need to sleep or eat (gather energy to move things) does it hurt to move things? can you interact with other ghosts? is it crowded there? can you or do you hang out with friends and relatives? can you move on? is there a heaven or better place? does everyone turn into a ghost? can you fly into the heavens? are you stuck in this place or can you move freely? what happened when you died? did you see yourself outside your body? can you be hurt anymore? why do ghosts wear clothes? how do ghosts wear clothes? can you change your clothes or are you stuck with the ones your die in? has any higher power explained to you why you are there and why you can't move on? or is it one unexplainable boring existence?

Hello there, To hook up the TV and VCR: 1: take aerial cable (the aerial), plug that into the VCR label aerial (back of VCR; what ever the name is as long as it mentions aerial) 2: take the TV cable (no, not the POWER cable but similar to that of the aerial cable but has male/female ends, connect one end to the VCR (RF out) and the other to the TV (if doesn't fit reverse cable; REMEBER, DO NOT FORCE ANYTHING OR IT WILL LEAD TO DAMAGE OF DEVICES) If you have RCA cables at the back of the TV, do the following, 1: take a three plug cable (RCA; Red & White (Letf & right speackers; stereo) & Yellow (picture), plug the red & white RCA into the corresponding colors on the TV INPUT section (RECEIVING sound and pic from VCR to TV = INput) 2: repeat above but this is for the VCR and connect into the OUTPUT section (SENDING sound and pic from VCR to TV = OUTput) Check: 1: Pick a channel that you want to designate as an AV; Audio/Video (VCR channel to watch videos & Record) channel and place in a tape and play it (let it contiune playing until step two is completed) 2: on the TV continue tuning until you receive the playing video, then you're done. You'll got through a series of frequencies ie VHF, UHF, etc. before you'll get to the video pic. Be patient if you have to manually tune. 2.1: if you have auto tune use it and continue until you have the video image from the playing video. As for the satellite, 1: you must have the decoder box in order to receive satellite signals 2: connect the cable from the satellite dish (srew type & designed) to the input of the decoder 3: take the cable as mentioned above (TV/VCR; standard) or special cable (srew type & designed) and connect the srew end to the box and the other end to the TV (standard where applicable). 4: the TV must have a double adapter for both box cable and VCR (viewing video); buy one at your nearest electronic store. Ask for a double adaptor for the aerial of the TV. Connect box cable to TV, another cable to TV to VCR (RF out) PS. It is possible that the decoder may have only one output (to prevent recording) therefore you may need an additional aerial for local channels only. I hope this has helped... :) PS.
