The ones on the instrument panel? If so then they are most likely like my tc. They are led and you can have them changed, or do it yourself if you are talented at soldering, to any color including a color changing needle. Depending on your location you may have to send it off.

It can mean lots of things. Check your gas cap and make sure it isn't loose. If it is, then tighten it and drive normally for a day or two and it should turn off. If your gas cap is tight you have two options.
My recommendation is to take it to Autozone first and have them do a code scan for free. Write down the codes that are causing the lights and look them up. There are some well known codes ("evap" code means gas cap is loose/leaking) and go from there.
If the problem seems to be serious then it is time to take it to a mechanic and get a engine diagnostic for $90 (dealer price). There are some known problems with the VVT system that requires removing the camshaft ($$$).
I really hope it is a loose gas cap.

there is a dyi on the net, but bumper removal will be necessary, 2 bolts top of bumper in the rear cargo area 2 plastic bolts under rear section of bumper 2 plastic bolts under each corner of bumper 2 long screws by rear wheels going to top of bumper, then pull off
How do you reset maintnance required light on a 2006 Scion TC?
I am not 100% sure this will work on a tC, but i have an xA and this trick works on almost ALL Toyota's made after 2000
insert key, and turn to "ON" position.
Look at odometer, make sure its on ODO and not TRIP1, or TRIP2
turn the key to the "OFF" position.
press and hold the trip reset button (the only button on the odometer)
while holding, turn key to "ON" position again.
The odometer will show blinking bars, succeeding from right to left. once all bars have succeeded, it will say "000000000"
Your MIL has been rset.
Turn your key to "OFF" position, then back, and start your car.
The MIL light should be off.
(NOTE: this does not reset the CEL, just the MIL. the CEL or Check Engine Light cannot be reset without using an OBDII interface, or a hard reset by removing the battery cable. This technique should only be used when preforming a full service, or an oil change.)
Why don't the Scion Xb have a sun roof?
Some cars are not designed with this upgrade. This is one of them. You can have a sunroof installed for around one thousand dollars but they often leak.

I only changed the front disc brakes, changed the discs and the pads for about $160 CAN, and I changed them myself so that was simply the price for the discs and pads.
