I had broken out the fuse on my cigarrette lighter as well as the radio. I found the cigarette lighter fuse labeled "ACC" under the panel on the drivers side. I replaced it and now my radio still doesn't work, but the charger does. ......... So I answered half of your question, anyone know what I should do about the radio?

Remove the door panel and check to see if the motor is getting power through the switch - if so motor is bad If it is not getting power "jump" the wires on the switch
Look for an open wire - may be located in the door jamb where it flexes
