And many Christians do observe the Sabbath, but most Christian sects and denominations hold church services on Sunday, instead, because early Christianity absorbed the very popular and powerful sun-god cult called Mithraism ( where it also got Christmas ), on its way to becoming the dominant religion of the Roman army and hence of European civilization.
Go to the Adventists, or any Sabbath-keeping congregation, if you can't find a community of Holiness Faith. You don't have to agree with them, just be there. Because this is the truth: God doesn't care which day you call the Sabbath, as long as you actually keep it holy, just as God doesn't care what church or temple, mosque or sacred grove you worship in - or don't! - as long as you love life and treat everyone humanely.

Where to put the badges on the pathfinder sash?
There is no exact science on where to put the patches on the Pathfinder sash. Most people put camporee patches on the back and honors on the front. If you are just starting out, try organizing your honors by color and skip spaces to fill in later. It helps the sash look less empty for now and gives you room to expand.
Some Pathfinders like to put their old class rank strips on their sashes once they have completed a new level and have to remove it from over the pocket. Those can go anywhere but I often see them at the top front of the sash. If you have earned any of the Master Award Honors, those are also nice when placed at the top front.
The only real rule to keep in mind is that some conferences expect you to wear a name tag over your pocket or in that location on the sash when the pocket will be covered. If that rule is followed in your conference, just be sure to leave a gap there for the name tag.

Is the Seventh-day Adventist Church an offshoot of Christian Science?
Definitely not. The Church of Christ, Scientist (the Christian Science church) was started in 1879 by Mary Baker Eddy in Boston, Massachusetts, based on her ideas regarding faith healing. The Seventh-day Adventist Church was started in 1863 in Battle Creek, Michigan, and came out of the Millerite movement, with much in common with the Methodists. The two have little in common and neither came from the other.

Did Ellen White manifest any fruits that were in contrary to the fruits of the Spirit? The answer is NO. All her life she lived and taught things that were in harmony with the principles of the Bible.
The people who insist that she is not a true prophet, most likely have not read her writings. Because if they did, they would realize that they are 100% Biblical.
The Bible says that, "to the law and to the testimony, if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" (Isaiah 8:20). Therefore you should judge her based on her writings and not based on what other people who hate her say about her.
If you do this, you will discover that she never taught any Masonic teachings, in fact she blatantly said that, any person who joins such organizations will be lost.
An obelisk on her grave is not the standard of basing whether somebody is a true or false prophet. Please follow the standard mentioned in the Bible.
And finally, to answer your question of why there is an obelisk on her grave. Obelisk's were a standard for gravestones during the time that she lived. In fact, they represented one of the cheaper options of burying the dead.
There isnt a pyramid on her grave. The tomb stone on her grave is what is known as an obelisk.
The obelisk was apparently placed on the site at the death of James White several years prior to her death. I was not able to find any official record as to the reason an obelisk was chosen.

How does the process of conversion from Roman Catholic to Seventh-day Adventist look?
I was a Catholic when I first heard about the faith of Seventh-day Adventist Church. At a young age of 12 I learned about how important it is to personally read your Bible. I used to hear the Priest giving sermons in the church but while I was studying the Bible with prayers at home I encountered teachings that are very different from what I was taught at the Catholic Church. At first it was hard because I was a member of the church choir in our parish and I struggled with attendance because I had to attend Bible studies. What I love about the SDA Church are the pieces of truth that I found in the Bible are actually what they believe and teach inside the church, like the Ten Commandments, the Sabbath, the truth about the Dead and the Second Coming of Christ. I also love the service they do during Sabbath hours. I was baptized when I was 14 and still a part of this growing Church. Problems will not get away through conversion you just look in a new future with hope and anticipation because Jesus will give you strength to fight and continue.
