The value of a Miroku model BC3000 12 gauge under and over shotgun would depend on a couple different factors. Most important of these factors would be the condition.

If you mean the two barrels are separating from each other, then the solder joining them has failed. A good gunsmith can repair this. If you mean the barrels are "unraveling" then you must have an old twist-steel barrel that has been over-stressed and it cannot be repaired.

To cock a semi automatic shotgun simply insert the round you wish to use and pull the slide back then take the safety off and fire.

First, verify that the rifle in unloaded by checking the chamber, breach face and magazine.

Next remove the barrel/action from the stock by unscrewing the knurled nut on the bottom of the stock. On the similar model 600 Cooey a slotted screw was used instead of the knurled nut.

On the bottom of the action there is a threaded rod with a nut on it. Using the proper size wrench loosen this nut and unscrew the threaded rod until the tube magazine drops down enough to disengage from the bottom of the rifles bolt. pull the bolt to the rear (it will go back further than normal at this point) and then pull the trigger and keep it to the rear while withdrawing the bolt from the rifle.

Reassembly is the reverse of the above, taking care not to screw the threaded rod in too far or it will keep the tube magazine from moving back and forth as it should.

There were model 1887 lever action shotguns made by Winchester ( I have a 12 ga). These are worth in the range of $1200 to $5000 depending on condition. I am not aware of any Model 1886 Winchesters in a shotgun.

Winchester Model 12 shotguns in good condition can fetch prices from $500 up. 12 gauge is the most sought after size.

The Mossberg 183D-B is probably worth $100 or less, depending on its condition. There isn't much demand for bolt action shotguns anymore. It was originally intended for hunting, but now, the pump action and semi-auto shotguns have displaced the bolt actions. It's still a good shotgun to instruct people, especially children. You can practice and become reasonably fast at manually reloading, so it's not completely impractical.

Make 100% sure it is unloaded before you start. Open the action a little bit, then unscrew the barrel nut until you can see space between the plunger and the detent. Turn the barrel and magazine assembly 90 degrees and pull it out (yes, the 31 is a takedown gun). Push out the big pin in the receiver from right to left (looking down on the gun from firing position). Turn the gun upside down. Push the trigger assembly toward the front of the gun until it aligns with the slots, and pull the trigger assembly out of the gun. For BASIC disassembly, most users should stop here. The slide/bolt assembly is a little more complicated, and unless you have some patience, experience, or mechanical knowhow, getting them back together can be a little frustrating. For those who want to go farther, look up a copy of "The NRA guide to Firearms Assembly," or find a M31 manual on E-bay for under $10.
