If the right ammo is used and the right placement is done it will kill a deer
Are you crazy?
You would have to be extremely close to the dear to kill it with a 410 (10 meters at most) and a deer would hear you if you got close enough to kill it so its unethical. either shoot it with a rifle or in certain circumstances you could possibly kill it with a 12 or 20 gauge.
Dose the valtro pm5 12 gauge shotgun come in a semi-auto version?
Yes It was manufactured. See the video Link below:
Now here is the explanation on why:
VALTRO=== Val Trompia, the Location of Gardone, the Gunmaking centre of Italy, where over 360 small (and Large) Manufacturers are based. These shotguns are most probably a co-operative effort by several gun-makers ( the old and tested "piece" system, where specialists in each area (*Stocks, Barrels, Actions) work together to produce a finished gun for the Market.)
It is a rifle that is chambered for a .30 in. diameter projectile (.30 caliber) fired with a case , primer, and powder load designed in 1906. It was designed for the US military to replace the .30-40 Krag with the intention of closer approximating the ballistics of the 7 X57 mm Mauser cartridge used by the Spanish forces in the Spanish-American War. It remained the first line US battle rifle caliber from the beginning of WWI until it was retired in the 1970s. The actual diameter of the projectile is .308 in.
The caliber lives on to this day as the .308 Winchester, 7.62 X 51 mm NATO, with a redesigned cartridge case allowing it's use in NATO weapons. The ballistics are only slightly less than those of the venerable .30-06

How do you load a percussian cap shotgun?
to start you will measure (in a powder measure) out about 90 grains of aproved muzzleloading propellent such as pyrodex, tripple 7 or black powder, then you will push a paper or cotton wad down the barrel over the powder and compress the charge, next pour your shot load try 1 oz first then you can try more or less but never try less then 7/8 oz or more than 1 3/8 oz of shot and another wad over the shot to keep it fron rollin back out the barrel when it is pointed at the ground. now you can push the percussion cap over the nipple, you will have to set the hammer to do this (pull the hammer back until it stops and holds itself) now your ready to shoot. never point the barrel at your self or annyone around you after you have loaded the gun, the percussion cap should never be placed over the nipple until you are ready to shoot, if the gun fails to fire, KEEP THE BARREL POINTED IN A SAFE DIRECTOIN NOT TOWARD THE AIR OR BIULDINGS OR PEOPLE! point the barrel at the ground if the gun does not fire for more than 30 seconds after you have pulled the trigger, reset the hammer and load another percussoin cap on the nipple and fire again if it fails to fire again repeat what i just said and dont try to fire it again remove the charge from the barrel and reload a new charge and try again if it fails to fire again take the gun to your gun smith the barrel or nipple may be coroded and unable to fire
Where should you get shotgun license?
where are u bringing this gun? in public? u cant get a license for a full sized shotgun just to show it off in public u terd.
Finding it is perfectly legal. POSSESSING one is a different matter, depending on just how "sawed off" it is. In the US, shotguns must have a barrel length of at least 18 inches, AND an overall length of 26 inches. Shotguns shorter than that are classed as "Short Barreled Shotguns" (abbreviated as SBS). If not registered with the Federal BATFE as a Class III firearm, possessing one is punished by 10 years in a Federal prison, a fine of $10,000. If not already registered, and the transfer tax of $200 paid, it CANNOT be registered, and must be surrendered to the BATFE for destruction. If it is longer than those dimensions, it does not violate the National Firearms Act.
