i dont wear pads i ocasionally wear a helmet and i wear that on my heade but when i have to wear pads i wear them on my elbows and ocasionaly the wrist guards but they make it harder to bertslide and that.

First, setup your back foot in the center of the tail, or you can have it with more toe hanging off. Setup your front foot somewhere in the middle of the board, all it does is it gets out of the way of the rotation. After you have your feet setup properly, pop the tail until you hear the sound of your board hitting the ground, immediately scoop you foot . Watch the board as it comes around and slam your feet down on the bolts when it has gone 180 degrees completing the rotation. to practice this trick, I recommend standing by the side of your board and just try the scooping, then you can try to scoop and jump on the bolts. After you have this down, you practically have landed a pop shove it. The only other thing to do is just start out with both feet on the board! Do not give up skateboarding because you get frustrated, this trick took me a while to get the hang of. You can skateboard anytime except in the winter if you live in an area with a lot of snow but if you don't then skate all year round. Obviously Its best to skate in Summer because its hot but I actually prefer Spring or Fall because the weather is cool and its just right.

Like a lot of things it evolved, in a sense from roller skates and (skooters) made from soap boxes with handlebars on front and having roller skate (trucks) fore and aft. There is some evidence that Amelia Earhart and her sister made a sort of improvised toboggan ride- that might have had commercial possibilities as a fold-away carnival ride of the slide or toboggan type with cars using roller-skate chassis in part. a modern replica of this device- a display and not a (ride) is on display, courtesy of a local shop class, at the Atcheson , KS Amelia Earhart birthplace museum.
