Well that depends on what you're into. Almost sorta leads the pack, and has two of the biggest names in street skating (Mullen & Song). Zero skaters are less famous, and, in my opinion, less technical. They still seem to follow the same old format that everyone else does, with a stair set, a rail and a sidewalk drop, whereas Almost always come up with new ideas (Just watch Round 3). In my opinion, Almost. But it's all a personal preference thing. the best quality deck is an almost.

It depends on what you aim to do with it.

I, as a longboarder, would suggest a Carbon Trylam, for it is a stronger and easier to handle board, great for beginners.

As the Wedge, it is a bit harder and unique to use.
