No, they have not gotten a new bassist yet. They are thinking about quitting the band actually. They don't think that they can go on without Paul there. He was like a brother to them and they were devastated when he died. Corey is also busy working with Stone Sour. So, no they have not gotten a new bassist.

Joey Jordison often uses the phrase 'maggot' to call his band mates the word was then used by Slipknot's fans as a way of referring to each other. It basically means that the fans feed off there music. It's not a demeaning label like most people think it is.

Yes Violent J was quoted off the Howerd Stern show saying he is a big fan of Slipknot and Mushroom head and slipknot has said many times they are fans of Insane Clown Posse though they are not juggalos but they are fans

Corey Taylor has a daughter, Angelina, from a previous relationship and a son, Griffin, with his ex-wife Scarlette.

Shawn "Clown" Crohan has four children with his wife, Chantel.

Mick, Joey, Chris, and Sid have no children. It is unknown if Craig has any of his own. Paul Gray(r.i.p we all miss you) was expecting a baby girl late in 2010 with his wife Breanna Gray. They were planning on naming her October.

Personally , I think Corey Taylor (number 8) is the best member of Slipknot . I just think he's awesome and a great singer .

Anders Colsefini was the first singer in Slipknot, but he got fired because he wasn't good enough. Anders Colsefini is in the first (demo)album "Mate Feed Kill Repeat". So came Corey Taylor, and he is still the singer.

Sean Crahen is the clown, Craig Jones has the spikes, Corey Taylor has like just a green mask, Chris Fehn has the long nose, Paul Gray and Mick Thomson are similar because they have like spiked teeth but Mick's mask is basically longer and Paul's is scratched up, Joey Jordison is like an evil Jesus with the crown of thorns, Sid Wilson has like a demon face I guess, and James Root's mask is like the mask from V for Vandetta. Corey Taylor (#9 COREY) is a renowned Christian. As for the others, I don't know, but I am sure most are Christian.

Corey Taylor's childhood was very problematic. A lot of neglect and abuse at the hands of growing up without a father and in poverty. Corey had a lot of self esteem issues along with depression and anxiety. He was bullied a lot for being short and small. He suffered from severe ADHD along with drug addictions. He grew to hate his father for the fact of him running off on the family at a young age. The only escape Corey ever found was music. Corey still screams for attention from everyone to make up for his childhood. He loves it. He still has his demons, but he is learning to deal with them in more positive manners.
