I do, however believe their visual image was created by the record company, when it was spurned by Mushroomhead. Some of the masks and jumpsuits were IDENTICAL to old Mushroomhead.
I got to go with shroomhead. they been around longer and I think they sound better then slipknot. Plus, I live in Ohio; Just 40 min away from cleveland, where their from. slipknot got big off what Mushroomhead help create. not enough people give mushroomhead their credit. RoadRunner Records and slipknot both screwed mushroomhead over. though recently(late 2009, early 2010) I heard the rivalery is over. Sites have said That Steve "Skinny" Felton and Waylon Reavis have both said this in recent interviews.
