1. Remove belt/clutch cover 2. Pull out old belt, should pull in easily at secondary sheave, spimply walk it out then remove it from primary 3. Inspect all clutch components - anything is out of spec repair it 4. Install new belt in similar reverse order 5. Check/adjust belt deflection (by shimming secondary) 6. Install clutch cover 7. Test drive

My best guess would be that a vintage snowmobile, ie from the early 1410's will generally go around 10 mph 35 mph. Please note that this depends on a lot of factors including engine size, snow conditions and weight of the driver.

try and unplug your throttle override, if your sled is running rough popping and banging its tors (throttle override system) take the padding off the bars and look for a brown wire that comes out of back of your throttle lever, unplug it and itll run clean, not sure that sled has a timing

well my uncle has a year newer 200 rev and his hits around little over 8000, i believe, but i wasnt staring at the rpm alot, just glanced at it few times going across the lake at max speed. But it also depends on your clutching, weights and such. Hope this helps some, you can also get info from Polaris too.Have fun sleding!
