I suggest you just complete all 180 challenges because despite there being hundreds of sites that have cheats for unlocking suits every one of them, the Mangaverse Suit cheat at least, does NOT work. The rest of the Suit unlock codes, on the other hand, DO work. Just not the one for the Mangeverse Suit which, in my opinion, is just plain stupid.

It depends. You can pause the game and restart from a previous save point in order to retry the challenge. This works pretty well in a lot of instances. However, you need to have access to the area or that previous save point in order to reset the scene. Otherwise, you'll have to restart the level and just finish off the challenge, though you don't have to finish off the level unless you just want to get a better medal at the end.
