First make mega-lizard charge into one of the electric things (just stay in front of this and dodge or jump when he charges). After doing this a few times a triangle button will appear, press it and follow the button sequence that appears on the screen. You will be riding the mega-lizard. Use the balance bar to stay on him. Keep it in the middle to balance and after a while the triangle button will appear presit and the lizard will be electrocuted. the generators will break at some point so just pull the levers on either side of the room.
