It was written by David Koepp and directed by Sam Raimi. Tobey Maguire starred as Peter Parker / Spider-Man. Kirsten Dunst acted as the girl Peter loves, Mary Jane Watson, and Willem Dafoe played as the bad guy, Norman Osborn.

Manga is the child of books and movies. The benefit to movies is that there are some emotions that are hard to express through writing and are better felt through facial expressions.
