A house centipede has up to 18 legs depending on the breed of centipede. This is the only insect that has that many legs.

You are probably referring to the millipede of which there are about 1000 different species. They are somewhat misnamed since they have anywhere from 36 to about 400 legs (depending on the species), but they sure look like they have a million.

You might also be referring to the centipede which has 24 to about 200 legs, again depending on the species.

You can easily tell the two apart by the fact that the millipede has a rounded body with two pairs of legs on each segment, whereas the centipede has a flattened body with a single pair of legs per segment - that is if you can get one to stay still long enough to tell.

This is a tough question and the answer is probably not what you are seeking. Black Widows are very private creatures and prefer woodpiles, rock piles, dark and damp environments and do not generally come out to bother people unless provoked and even then, a bite is rare. The chemicals used to kill Black Widow spiders is unknown in consumer world with exception of one product that I have been able to locate: BAYER Total Home Defense. This product contains B-Cyfluthrin, which is said to be able to kill or rid your home of the Widow and Recluse species of spiders. Althought this had not been proven, a quick phone call to several pest control facilites in the area and I've found that B-Cyfluthrin is chemically compounded in several of the pest control mixtures that I've been told work. It is known commercially as several different chemical names, but nonetheless, is still the same. Products such as Ortho MAX and SEVIN insect control, specificly exclude the Widow, Recluse and Scorpions as pests that their product will kill. So, if you want them gone, keep brooming away their nests, smash the adults that you can find and keep debris piles to a minimum if not completely void on your premesis. This will discourage them from continuing to form webs and hideouts on your property in the future. The truth is - they are very hard to get rid of, once they are present in your home, shop or garden.

Actually just recently the funnel web was recorded as the worlds deadliest spider.

Depends. Funnel Web spiders found in Australia can be VERY venomous but the ones found in the U.S. are relatively harmless.

The first statement is false, as the Funnel-Web spider has long and is still considered to be inferior to the Brazilian Wandering spider. A Funnel-Web spider commonly can kill a human in between 40 minutes and 1 hour and 40 minutes, never less than 30 (this can vary depending on the victim's immune system level). While the Brazilian Wandering spider has been known to kill humans in 20 minutes.

Funnel webs attacks can sometimes be very rare, In Australia the states that funnel webs are in are : ACT & NSW. Some doctors and nurses are still trying to find out how to cure it.

These are reported to be booklice, not spiders, (though people describing them refer to them as ticking spiders) and with poor eyesight communicate at night by sometimes making a clearly audible "ticking" noise, by tapping the abdomen on the surface of paper. Check out Liposcelis divinatorius.

Masculines (adults) have the last segment of the pedipalps bigger (compared to adult feminines of the same species, or subspecies) and flat, transformed in copulatory structures, while feminine ones doesn't.

put conkers around you windows that you may open, it sounds crazy but it is a method to stop spiders and other insects from coming in, it is due to conker being some sort of sign of predetors hope that helped

Well You Can Smash it against them he-he but if you're a Person who loves spiders you could get them to go onto the conker and put the conker out side until the spider makes it was Down towards the Ground/grass.... :)
