Remember the address from step 4.... type that into where you normally type your www.Google.com
Now your in your router
Look for something suggesting services
Tell it to open port TCP 6112 and give it the name Starcraft
then enable this service
Save changes (its at the bottom of the page)

Avoiding Static Cling
The first tactic is to never get Static Cling at all. To do this, either jump up right as the spell's cast bar is in it's last quarter, so that you are coming down as the spell finishes. That way you avoid it entirely.
Secondly, you can use Levitate to hover over the ground, making you immune to it. Mind you that the spell needs to be reapplied every time you take damage. In this way, any priest can give the achievement to one player per kill.

Static Cling is a Magic effect, and can be removed by any Dispel, as well as Mass Dispel. Using an immunity effect like Hand of Protection from a Paladin may also remove the debuff, but this ability is on a long cooldown for the encounter.

If you want a single player vs. ai or player and ai vs. 2 ais, you can go to the single player tab and theres a custom game button on the right. Modify The Phase Variance: Disables Tech Tree, so you can make big stuff like Fleet Beacons and Nuclear Silos without having to build stupid Engineering bays and Citadels Of Adun.
Operation Cwal: Insta-Build mode: builds stuff a lot faster. Still takes a little for Carriers and Battlecruisers, but summons weak stuff in a snap.
