This is a rhetorical question, but i do believe goku, because he has "super-powers" and batman only has his equipment and not-so-good fighting skills.

Superman is the man, but he will be owned. He can barely defeat Darkseid one on one, and Thanos is arguably stronger, especially since he cant die. Plus, Thanos fights foes that are stronger then him for a living. That is what he does. He finds an insurmountable task, then after he completes it, he destroys everything and starts anew. Supes is strong, but Thanos has beaten The Champion and the other elders of the Universe. He has beaten The In-Betweener, an agent of Lord Chaos and Master Order. He has beaten the heralds of Galactus, The Beyonder, Gladiator, Thor, Titans and Eternals, and fought Adam Warlok and his doppelganger the Magus. He has defeated all with skill, strength, cunnign, and sheer power all without the gems that so many like to put on him like a crutch.

Superman is capable of beating Thanos, but he would have an awfully hard time to beat someone with the sheer power of Darkseid and the ruthlessness of Lex Luthor. Supes will be crushed repeatedly till he gets help, gets lucky, of Thanos then wins.

In the Traditional story line Superman/Clark Kent- Daily Planet reporter and Lois Lane, also of the Planet were Boyfriend and Girlfriend, never married. it was felt he would be unable to defend her against extortion or terrorist plots if they were married( a good point, considering recent events!) and also would endanger his (Cover). In the current Dc post crisis-which has radically altered the old plotlines they are Man and Wife.

Different versions of the story have it happen differently. Most usually have him as an infant while the 1978 film had him aged 3 years since his father sent the rocket into space. He was 4 years old I think at the beginning of "Smallville" after his rocket arrived with all the kryptonite meteors.

Superman has had a variety of Love Interests over the decades, unlike Batman. The Kryptonian man has been romantically involved with aside from Lois Lane, Lana Lang, actually she was his first girl friend in Superboy days.(Old man was an archaeologist of some sort, Professor Lang) we can"t forget Lori Lemaris from Atlantis,various Amazon characters (from other planets) Like Jena the Space girl who may have been based on you guessed it, an Italian Movie actress. That"s a sampler.

In the original Superman (1978) and Superman II (1980), Lex Luthor was played by Gene Hackman (the character Lex Luthor wasn't in 1983's Superman III). In the latest one, Superman Returns(2006), Lex Luthor was played by Kevin Spacey.

I agree. superman is stronger than darkseid. darkseid only has his omega beam (correct me if im wrong) and clark has.. well literally every power. of course thor is stronger than them all..

His powers get cut in half - he still has powers, but they're weak.
