White Castle uses dried, minced onions. They re-hydrate them and spread them on the flat top grill. They place their hamburgers over the top...the reason for the tiny holes in each "burger" is that they literally steam them on a flat top using the minced onions to do the job. Maybe you've heard they use cabbage. Not true. To duplicate that one of a kind taste, buy dried minced onions and rehydrate them with a bit of water....use a flat top grill or griddle...make the burger tiny and thin and with small holes to in effect steam them.

However many sauce packets individual sized Taco Bell hot sauce that you can fit into a shot glass. That's how many ounces. so I could probably fit 20 of them or maybe 40 or maybe something different like 55 or 35. I've never done the experiment. In fact that's all that it would take is for somebody to conduct a simple experiment and pull out their kitchen a 1 oz measure cup and start putting the hot sauce into it and counting how many you got and doing a simple fraction 1/32 of an ounce or maybe 1/55th of an ounce. Instead they're lying and say it's a half ounce they lie and say it's a quarter ounce there's no way one sauce packet will fill up 1/4 of a shot glass. Oh and don't even think it weighs 1 g with the package. So good luck society. Prolly not that bad, just evil jerks with incompetent deviant answers. If you really need the answer do the experiment yourself and find out exactly how many that it takes to make 1 oz. that will leave you with a fraction. Have fun. And I'm not sorry about my anger.
