You need to take random jobs from Vex or Devlin, and do five jobs each for Whiterun, Solitude, Windhelm and Markarth. When you've done five for one of them, Devlin will offer a special job for that city, to establish the thieves guild's influence there. Each special job completed will bring a merchant to come work in the thieves guild, and increase the amount of gold Tonilia has for trade. When you've done all four, you'll get the achievement for restoring the guild's former glory, and formally become the guildmaster.

You must kill a hagraven and take them when she's dead. They aren't the easiest things to find, but keep an eye out. Many side quests will lead you to one. But be careful, they are really dangerous. They have powerful fire magic from distances, and their claws are big damage when close up. If you aren't that strong yet, you might want Lydia with you, or a hired person.

Certain NPC's are flagged as essential until a certain stage of the game where they can be killed. Most (if not all) Jarls are flagged as essential and the Jarl of Whiterun is critical for the game's main questline progression. So attempting to kill an essential character will only make them unconscious for a while.

Now, the morality issue of attempted murder of a Jarl is considered regicide and therefore the highest crime to king and country. If there is a Jarl that can be killed and you have been seen doing so will increase your crime in that region greatly and the news will spread all over Skyrim. However, you may get to actually do this during a quest. Killing a Jarl just because you can is a very bad idea, but I've never attempted such a thing. Try it and see what happens, but save your game first.

installing "skyrim" from the disc is just supposed to make the game run smoother/ faster. personally I don't notice much difference in performance but if you have a lot of free space it could be worth a try.

If looking for a warrior your best bet is either to get lydia the housecarl whom will do just about anything or rank up in the companions and take any of them... A mage companion would be best obtained from the college of winterhold but if they die you lose access to the college!

There is no place with Unlimited dwarven metals. The dwarven ruins have many metals that can be smelted for ingots but nothing "Unlimited" on a pc you can use player commands and add the item to your inventory.

I'm going to assume you're talking about the little boy you need to help in order to begin the Dark Brotherhood line of quests.

While in Riften, a man near the gate and the children in the orphanage will talk to you about Aventus Aretino, a boy who escaped the orphanage and went back home to summon the Dark Brotherhood. You don't actually have to talk to them to find him, but you will get a helpful quest marker on your map.

Head over to Windhelm. You'll also hear guards making comments about him. His house is a little difficult to find, but it's in the middle of Windhelm and outside you'll come upon a woman and a child talking about Aventus.

If you're having trouble locating the house, try going toward the fortress, but instead turn down one of the easily-missed side-alleys just past the arches. His house is on your right, assuming you've just entered the city.
