you would probably want to have your seek skills and pickpocketing skills increased as high as you can. Joining the thief's guild will also give you good armor for doing thief things. You could also enchant or find enchanted items to make your abilities of a thief better. As of magic, there is a spell called "Muffled" which makes you harder to detect for a short time.

If you mean over come a glitch then no because glitchs are faulty links in games to make things go wrong some times the good sometimes there bad but you can not overcome a fault in a game you will just have to wait for the developers to patch the glitch

Slow- mo decapitations and the "gods" telling you to kill your friends and the "gods" reward you for it but it's a great game so convince your mum and/or dad to get it for you cause it's awesome.

Not in vanilla Skyrim. With the mod "Mofomojos Horse Whisperer" by MofoMojo, you can get a spell to "tame" stolen horses. You can find this mod at Nexus Mods.

Can be OP with certain enchantments that can make classes of high level spells to cost very little, or none at all. Magic maybe really cool, but I prefer sneaking about. You can get extreme damage multipliers. I believe I have 3000 or so damage with my maxed sneak attack.

As far as I am aware you cannot which is a bit of a shame, but if you stop attacking one when they get low on health and move on to the next you can still do the same stuff.

Talk with some innkeepers to learn of Aventus Arentino, a boy in Windhelm trying to contact the Dark Brotherhood. Visit him and he'll mistake you for a Dark Brotherhood assassin. Kill Greta the Kind for him in Riften, and after a while, a courier will approach you with a mysterious note that reads "WE KNOW" and is stamped with a bloody hand print. Sleep anywhere and you'll be kidnapped by Astrid, the leader of the Falkreath sanctuary. She tells you to kill one of the three captives and she'll let you go. Each one has an Executioner's Hood that you can loot when you kill one.

It is not a quest reward as such, but you have to complete the main storyline quest Alduin's Wall before you can access it. It is there for the taking, should you wish to steal it (it is an owned item).

I assume you have the Elder scroll and returned the lexicon? then return to him and he has you collect blood from the other elven races (high elf, wood elf, orc, Dark Elf, and Falmer). then give it to him after you have all the blood. then kill him after he is in the dwarven box. DO NOT TAKE THE ITEMS ON HIS BODY! the Items on his body will become quest items and cannot be removed unless you are on a PC. take the book. you have finished the quest Discerning the Transmundane

You can probably install the CBBE mod for female characters and then tweak the body shape using the specifically designed CBBE BodySlide tool. These can be changed at any time during the game to see the results instantly, although you may have to also install armor mods designed for CBBE.

Benor lives in the city of Morthal. If you mean does he have a house, the answer is no. Not all NPCs in Skyrim have houses associated with them. Many despawn or go to the local inn or tavern at night.

Blood on the Ice is supposed to be triggered once the player enters Windhelm for the fourth time. However it is a heavily bugged quest, and there are several things that can break it. One such thing is advancing the civil war quest to the end, on the imperial side.

People have been working on a solution for people who Blood on the Ice refuses to start for, while there are a few workarounds that work for some people, there are a lot of hidden variables and sometimes the quest simply can't be reset even via console commands. Official patches might now prevent the bug from happening, but can't fix it for people who are already stuck.
