There's a glitch where your steward refuses to furnish a certain room. Mine did that too. I don't know if they're making a solution for it, and I can't find one.

Boethiah's Calling do that quest and you will recieve the armor to start the quest you must find a book called Boethiah's Proving or find Boethiah's temple near windhelm and talk to the cultists there

You can NOT find spriggan sap by killing spriggans contrary to Primas Official Game Guide. However, you can find spriggan sap on Spriggan Matrons. You can also obtain spriggan sap by traveling around to various alchemy shops around Skyrim and buying it there.

Not on the Xbox there isn't, the only way to do it is on a PC - there isn't another one anywhere in the game.

You use the anvil at any blacksmith's, or you could use the Skyforge. Remember you need 100 Smithing so you can take the 'Dragon' Smithing perk.

You can sneak in heavy armour too. The Heavy Chitin set weighs about the same as a Steel set, but offers more protection. You could imagine it's still handy for an assassin.

I think you are confusing two cities. Whiterun and Winterhold.

'Dragonsreach' is a keep accessable on the north side of Whiterun.

The Winterhold mages college is also north of Winterhold, accessable via the long bridge on the left as you enter the town. You must pass a magic test with Faralda first though.

making the best weapons: get alchemy, enchanting and smithy levels to 100.

after leveling these follows these steps:

1-make fortify enchanting potions

2-drink up and enchant fortify alchemy items

-repeat alot

3- when you get bored of repeating these steps enchant armor with fortify smithy and brew fortify smithy potions

4-drink up and make a boss weapon with your +400 or so points of smithy out of a deadric dagger. (forging the dagger doesn't make it boss, the sharpening of it does by improving the damage to crazy levels)

Go to Riften at the temple of Mara. Speak to one of the priests there about marriage- he will ask you if you want to buy an Amulet of Mara. Purchase and wear it while talking to her, do some errands for her, too, and eventually you might be able to marry her.

There's no reason to kill him besides not liking his character. If you're caught, a large bounty will be placed on your head by Whiterun hold. You will have to go to jail or pay the bounty. If not caught, nothing game breaking will occur except for the fact that The Bannered Mare will be lacking in a bard.

You can't mod the 360 version. Mods are 3rd party creations, and are only supported on the PC version.

You do not get a chance to free-ride a dragon around the game world, in similar fashion to a steed. You do however ride a dragon close to the end of the main quest, as a cutscene taking you to an endgame area.

Use a one-handed weapon through the game to kill your enemies. You will see your one-handed weapon skill rise. Just a little trick also, when upgraded your skill perks, select the one-handed option and rank up your skills in there, it will help in the future.

Daggers are governed by the One Handed skill, while though there are no dagger-specific perks, all the general ones will apply to anyone using a dagger. There is a dagger-specific skill on the Sneak skill tree, Assassin's Blade.
