Glass armour is the best light armour in oblivion (not counting dlc or expansions). It should hopefully start appearing in shops to buy when you get to level 19 or 20. It will be worn by bandits etc slightly earlier than that. You will find that virtually no bandits wear full sets of armour. They usually mix pieces from different sets. So you will hve to go through a few bandits to get the full set. In quests, some important enemies such as named bandits or marauders will wear a full set of armour. The only certain piece of info i can give is that you will have to look for a while to get the whole set. One piece always seems to elude you. For me it took about 6 real life hours to find a dwarven helmet seeing as i didn't want to buy one. but anyway, good luck!

Here are some pretty cool cheats that i like to use.
Get on the console and type in tgm. It will make you invincible, which means never dying, never losing mana or fatigue, having infinite arrows, and being able to cast any spell, even if the mana cost is 100000000.
Also, you can type in coc testinghall for a large room full of many doors. Each door has something different( Some doors are not accessible). One door has all armors in the game, another has all weapons, another has all clothes etc. The doors also contain all furniture and things such as forks, pitchers and cups.
Also, you can unlock or lock doors by pressing the console button, and before typing unlock, click the door or container and it should say in white letters at the top, whatever that item is. Then type unlock to unlock it or lock to lock it. To lock it with a certain lock level, type a number after you type lock ( Lock 100)
To kill a character instantly (Which is a little cheap considering you are invincible already) press the console button, click on the character and type kill. Don't do this to yourself or you will die.
For all spells, type psb.

Inside, you'll find a circular pedestal with a Wooden Mask, equipping this mask sends you back in time, and allows you to place the eight Dragon Priest masks onto the pedestal. To find Morokei, you must acquire the quest from the College of Winterhold sending you out to find the Staff of Magnus.
- Mask Stats: Light Armor, Armor 5, Weight 4, Value 637, and your Magicka regenerates 100% faster.
Konahrik:
- Location: Labyrinthian, Hjaalmarch
- Description: While picking up the Mask of Morokei, you'll enter Labyrinthian and see the circular pedestal with the Wooden Mask. Wearing the mask will send you back in time, and allow you to place all eight Dragon Masks on the eight statuettes. Placing all eight masks will reveal the Konahrik mask.
- Mask Stats: Heavy Armor, Armor 24, Value 3200, Weight 7, and a special enchantment called Konahrik's Privilege. When low on health, there's a chance to knock down enemies, grant a firecloak, or heal the weaer and anyone nearby. The enchantment will also rarely summon a spectral Dragon Priest ally.
I had this so-called problem. It's not a problem, as when you install the expansions from the disc, they don't actually show up. What you have to do is activate them in game. The Knights Of the Nine campaign is activated when you talk to a certain character in game. The Shivering Isles campaign is activated when you find a new island in the middle of the water( it's Skull Shaped) Good Luck.
also in order to activate the knights of the nine quest you must first go to all the way shrines. go to somethiing like google and type in map of oblivion wayshrines it should give you a few good sites that have the map.
also the only way i have ever found to unlock the expansion is by having to go to xbox live and download the update for it.
