However, you can create a modified version of the game using the construction set that allows for them to respawn. if you have xbox live then they probably patched it so to get daedric you can kill these things called dremoras but on a dremora called a Valkynaz and they drop they drop dremora items such as a claymore, a heavy bow barbed arrows and some random items you can find them in late oblivion gates
You can go to your hard drive, enter this code (Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left Trigger, Right Trigger) whilst having your cursor or whatever you would call it over the hard drive where your data is stored. It removes updates from xbox live and also signs you out so you can do anything that has been patched like an infinite money glitch. Do the glitch, save, restart xbox and log in. Not entirely sure this is the right code for removing the updates since I havn't entered the code in a long time but you can ask around or look it up.

i find it to be fastest by- in the tutorial, when it tells you to sneak up on the goblin, get behind him while sneaking, and find a nice little quint corner to walk into and find a way to keep walking into that corner SNEAKING. do this until you reach about level 70 or so. because of the way the game calculates skill increases in the tutorial, you will start at 25 + whatever you leveled up, so that would put you at roughly 85. but as a major skill, it takes less exp to level that up, so say the 100 exp you got to get you to lv 70 now will actually bring you to about 80. doing that should have you leavee the sewers with atleast 90 in sneak. save first, btw

Speak to the Jarl he will inform you of his son, and the son will inform you of the wispering door. if it was a minor crime -less than 1000 bounty- you can talk to a guard anywhere and either pay fines or go to jail for days equal to your fine divided by 100 rounded up. if you have more than 1000 fine, any guards you will see should chase you and initiate the same conversation. if you chose to resist arrest but dont want to anymore, hold down block while trying to talk to a guard attacking you.
