I never got a booklet in my copy of elder scrolls 3 morrowind how does the persuade feature work?
When you enter the Persuade feature a box will appear that has the following actions listed on it: Admire, Intimidate, Taunt, Bribe 10 Gold, Bribe 100 Gold, Bribe 1,000 Gold. The Admire action puts your Speechcraft skill to the test. When you Admire someone and you succeed, their disposition toward should become more positive, and they'll like you more, therefore they'll give you more info when you want it. However, if you fail the Admire action, they'll start to hate you more. The Intimidate Action scares people into liking you, I think (I've never used it, so I'm not sure). This also uses the Speechcraft skill to determine your chances of success, just like every persuade action does. Taunting allows you to Taunt the NPC into attacking you. This way, if you want to pick a fight with someone you won't get into trouble by the guards since you're basically using self-defense. You'll know when someone is about to attack you because you taunted them because they'll say "That does it," and the only thing you'll be able to say is "Good-bye". The NPC will then attack you, and you can kill the person legally. The Bribe actions are the easiest to do, although they require money. Everyone on Vvardenfell likes money, and bribing them is an excellent way to get people to like you if you can't Admire people because your Speechcraft skill is too low. If you Bribe someone with 10 Gold, you have a low chance of success. If you bribe them with 100 Gold, you have a good chance of getting them to accept your money and ultimately start liking you more. Then if you give them 1,000 Gold they will almost always accept, but you'll lose 1K in the process. It's cheaper to just work your way up with 100 Gold Bribes. If you ever want your money back from Bribing people you can Taunt the person into attacking you, and then loot the money off their dead body.

Your speachcraft skill i believe helps the chance that they will accept your money. I have high speachcraft and i get the toughest nuts to crack with just 10-50 Drakes

How do you befriend a person on Skyrim?
Some NPC's aren't possible to become friends with for they don't do anything but say something if you click on them. However, many others will become friends with you if you do something for them. A side quest mainly. They may want you to get something for them, clear a place out, kill an enemy, anything. When you complete the quest they will be grateful, give you a reward, and you are friends. Being friends though, doesn't do anything though. The only beneficial thing is you can take certain things from their home, and they won't call the guards out at you. Usually gold. They usually always let you take their gold.
Where can you find the guy to sell your vampire dust to on Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion?

Where is the persuade option in Skyrim?
The approval meter from Morrowind and Oblivion has been removed completely, you only get the option to persuade, bribe, lie, etc, in specific circumstances.
So for example, at one point you see a mercenary walking on a road close to Morthal. You can ask him what's up, and he says he can't really say. One reply would be like this,
"Are you sure? It'd save me a lot of trouble (Persuade)" and if you choose this, it does a test on your speech skill to see if the persuade attempt works. Some attempts might work automatically.
But most of the time, the conversations with people will not have a diplomacy option like that.

What character race is better for a Necromancer in Skyrim elder scrolls?
Now that is interesting! Considering that there is no set method of becoming a Necromancer, you will need to improvise. Also, considering that you will want high conjuration and destruction, I will suggest two races.
The Breton, which has 25% resistance to magic, +10 Conjuration and the spell "Conjure Familiar". The Breton is human-like and great for Mage-based characters
The Dark Elf (Dunmer), which has Resist fire 50%, "Ancestor's Wrath", +10 in Destruction and "Sparks"
Well, if you are going to be a Evil Necromancer, I suggest the Dunmer as it just looks more evil and bad-ass though the Breton has some bonuses that could help you out more.
Honestly, its all about the look, if you want a human-like or Dark-Elf, as the spells they start with can be purchased anyways.

What should you play first in elder scrolls series?
I recommend Oblivion or Skyrim for a softer gaming experience since they're the newest games. Morrowind, the third game, is pretty hardcore, but it represents a lot of early and old game mechanics that aren't present in the latest Elder Scrolls games. Morrowind is a lot more difficult than Oblivion and Skyrim, and some old Elder Scrolls players argue that the latest games have been "dumbed down".
The first two games are difficult to find and start up/install, so I wouldn't recommend playing them first.

Skyrim hardly contains any bad language. The language that it does contain is appropriate to the mature setting, such as "Damn" and "Whore." The game uses made-up language as well, such as "Milk-Drinker" and "Snow-berries."
