-Hulk, Spider-Man, and Iron Man would win and perhaps very easily. Iron Man's armor update overrides Magneto's power and he is unable to manipulate Iron Man's armor. That being said Spider-Man and/or Iron Man would come up with a quick effective way to get rid of Sandman. Magneto going up against Iron Man would favor Iron Man technologically. And Hulk can keep abomination at bay while the others dispatch of the other two and then come to his aid, if he hasn't already defeated abomination.

This is possible, but depending on what story of Thor you are talking about, from what book, legend, movie, or television show, Thor could win. In Stargate, Thor was a powerful alien who could do about anything... and in legends, he was one of the Gods, which I think could take Bruce Banner even in the worst rage.
