You have to hookshot into the windmill, go up to the second floor and pick up the chicken. From there you Jump out and glide down to the broken wall above the chicken pen. There you get the piece of heart in the cow cage.

note - you can change controls by going to the options button at the very very very top of the screen and clicking 'configure controller plugin'.
to equip sword/shield/tunics/ boots -
when you open your game, press 'enter' on the keyboard. At this stage you're gonna be on the menu. move around the menu using the left and right buttons. do this until you get to a picture of link. then use your 'a' button on the item you want.
to equip c-button items. ( inventory items) -
first go to the options button at the very very top of the emulater. look for a place where it says 'c-buttons'. click on the button next to 'r' 'l' 'u' or 'd' and press a button for each. ('r''l''u''d' each stand for right, left, up, and down but they're different from the joystick/main controller)
once you've adjusted the c-buttons, go back to your game and press enter to go to the menu. move around the menu until you get to the place where it says ' inventory' or 'items'. then move the selecting thing until it has a box around an item of your choice. then press one of your c-buttons. but don't do the 'up' c-button. that's for talking to navi.
once you've pressed a c-button the item will move to the yellow circles. exit the menu and then you can use that item if you press the c-button.

In the future, go to the group of graves on the left side of he graveyard. There should be one with flowers in front of it. Pull it back and jump down the hole. You'll find Dampe the Gravedigger's ghost. Race him and at the end you'll receive the hookshot.
Where do you go after you get the eye of truth?
Play the Nocturne of Shadow to go to the Shadow Temple. The Lens of Truth will be very helpful in completing the temple, which is why you should do the Bottom of the Well before the Shadow Temple. While you're not actually required to use it, since fake walls and invisible platforms can be gone through/on whether you use the Lens of Truth or not and you can just memorize the temple's layout to complete it without the Lens of Truth, it makes the temple much easier.
