when you have to hit those little buddha things? if you trace the outline of the island it will sort of resemble a whale. the riddle is something like "...rudder...spray...see...something" anyways, you have to hit the buddhas, starting with the one on the "tail" then the "spray" then the "flipper/fin" at the bottom, then the "eye". a bridge will open and you can access the golden chief through there to receive your cyclone slate.
