True Blood is the greatest show ever! Well, it is one of the greatest shows ever! It is a lot more dark and sexual then being human and vampire diaries but definitely worth watching! If your going for a supernatural kind of vibe, then Supernatural is really good and so is Once Upon a Time.

basically, moonstones are the source of strength of the werewolves. they have the so-called substance that destroys silver or any chemicals that makes the werewolf weak. so, the moonstone are very rare because in the early ages, vampires are against werewolves that they destroy each and every moonstone they find. however, one moonstone is kept by every werewolf family in the tribe.
