It's a baking soda and sea salt base, combined with natural essential oils, which foams up to get in between teeth for a better clean. It takes a couple of days to get used to, since there are no added sugars like there are with mass market pastes.

I've used it for years now, and I'll never go back! If you don't like mint, try out the cinnamon. They also have a whitener called "extra bright".

yes acctually i turned 14 today and have been living with pimples for about 5 or 6 years now if i ask someonewhat is best for to get rid of a pimple they will tell me to put toothpaste on it and at first i was like that wouldnt work but thn i tried it and it really did work n they would also tell me to go outside more often if you do both iyour face clears right up :)

There is no best plain toothpaste that is good is get rid of scratches; any brand will work.

Mainly chalk with some flavoring like mint. But the first toothpastes were made from gritty substances such as chalk and jeweller's polish. They certainly wore away those nasty little stains-but they wore away people's teeth too!

Advantages:

Toothpaste helps keep your teeth clean and healthy, gives you nice breath prevents against plaque, cavities, gum diseases & keeps teeth white

Disadvantages:

Fluorine is known to cause health issues, but non-fluorine toothpaste is available. Flavored toothpaste doesn't protect against plaque. Food tastes really bad after brushing your teeth (especially Orange Juice)
