Mae tuck is the mother of the tuck family. She is a thoughtful,compassionate,kind and extremely untidy person. Though she is disappointed that she will live forever she has learned to accept her fate making her acceptig. Even though she's kind, she can be mean when she needs to put a hold on things! Of course, thats when the owner of the pit bull comes and takes her away and apologizes to Ellen, owner to Tuck and Lady Daisy. L. Daisy is taken to the vet, but later dies from blood loss.

Judged from internet traffic alone it is a riveting and deep story that is fantastic and has something of the Disney ( Plausible impossible to it) nonetheless the Gift of Immortality brings out bad qualities in People- a Granny character ( seems like Granny Annie Ryan on Beverly Hillbillies resorts to violence to protect the secret of the waters of immortality. several characters including the lead are in conflict with the Police- Law enforcement officers not shown in a positive or ( Dragnet, FBI) light, quite the opposite. It must be a riveting tale to grab all this internet space after so many years- like Anastasia, but unlike her, it is way out in the realm of the Impossible.
