Lovely Professional University is one of the largest private university in the country which has more then 10,000 residential students . You can compare it with other private colleges here . http://www.collegekhabar.com/ranking/2012/college_PRIVATE .
That depends upon the student! if student had talent and knowledge then he will be placed. Any college will provide company in campus ,Student had to clear the hiring process. And for the fact many big companies like HCL,Infosys, Wipro, Accenture visited LPU and selected many students

Hi,
AICTE can only approve courses, not university. Universities need to be aproved by UDC. The technical courses under the university need to be approved by AICTE. To know whether Periyar university is approved by UDC or not, check UGC website. To check the courses under periyar university is approved by AICTE or not, check AICTE web site.
lpu is recognized by the ugc which can be checked on ugc's website under private universities.
Secondly university running technical does not need approval of AICTE according to supreme courst order.
no, Annamalai university has not affiliated by AICTE .
Anup kr.
AICTE doesn't have powers to approve any course delivered by an University that has been registered under UGC, DEC and/or member of AIU.
No university has AICTE approval in India
As far approval from AICTE is concerned ,AICTE approval is given to those institutes which are affiliated to a university. Galgotia is itself a university which is established as per Section 2(f) of the UGC Act and thus no approval from AICTE is required for the university.
the programmer offered by this university are not approved by joint committee of aicte DEC ugc. this we can check on ugc web site
