What does it mean to have extra fluid in one of the tubes leading from you kidney to your bladder?
I'm thinking you must be talking about a condition called hydroureter, meaning distention of the ureter with fluid. This is caused by an obstruction of the ureter (the duct between the kidney and the bladder). Several things can cause this obstruction. The most common is kidney stones. These accretions of salts form in the kidney. When the body tries to pass them, they must go through the ureter, which is very narrow, not made for passing solids. So they get stuck, and fluid (urine) builds up behind the obstruction, distending the ureter like a balloon. Once the stone passes and the obstruction is relieved, the ureter returns to normal size. Hydroureter can be dangerous in that excessive back pressure can damage the kidney, which can occur if the obstruction persists.
What should you do if you have an extremely full bladder?
Use the toilet and then go and see a doctor if it is a frequent ocurrence. Holding in your urine for too long can cause other more serious health conditions.

The uterus and the bladder are held in their normal positions just above the inside end of the vagina by a "hammock" made up of supportive muscles and ligaments. Wear and tear on these supportive structures in the pelvis can allow the bottom of the uterus, the floor of the bladder or both to sag through the muscle and ligament layers. It's a complex answer. Urine is formed in the kidneys in cellular structures known as "renal parenchyma". Urine is the filtrate of blood traversing the microscopic pathways from the glomerulus to the proximal convoluted tubule, the loop of henle, and the distal convuluted tubule which is where the final condensed urine is collected.
I'm afraid the answer is not as straightforward as your question. At the beginning, urine filtrate is filtered out of the blood through a knot of capillaries called the glomerulus into an encapsulated space called the glomerular capsule. From there, the filtrate passes through a couple of tubes. The first is the proximal convoluted tubule where many of the things that were filtered out are reabsorbed back into the blood. Then the urine filtrate passes through the loop of Henle which primarily acts to reabsorb salt. This regulates our blood sodium levels and helps determine the concentration of our urine. Finally the urine filtrate passes through the distal convoluted tubule where even more refinement of the content of urine is performed. Finally, the urine will drain into a collecting duct which will drain into the calyces and eventually the ureters to the bladder.
