Yes. The 1935 issues went all the way up to the H series, actually printed in the late 1950s.

Actually all 1935-G & H series were printed in the 1960's. The 35-G has Smith & Dillon signatures ( both appointed in january, 1961 through april,1962 to their offices by President Kennedy) the 1957-A series was run at the same time as 32-Note sheets were started & replacing the old 18-Note sheets with the 1957 series. Smith was replaced by Granahan in Jan. 1963 & both held office together until march,1965. This is why the 1935-H(18-note sheet S.C.) , 1957-B ( 32-note sheet S.C. ) & 1963 ( 32-Note Sheet FRN ) ALL HAVE the same signatures.

Bills printed after 1969, especially high-denomination ones, are worth only face value if they're circulated.

I assume you have 2 bills, not one bill with 2 serial numbers. Anyway, a bill's serial number almost never affects its worth. The date, series letter, and condition are the major factors determining value. Given that, 1957 silver certificates remain common among collectors and retail for $1.25 to $2.00.

The FR number is not contained on any currency. It is a numerical index made to identify each version, or revision, of each type of American currency. For example, if you notice that 2003 $5 bill in your wallet, it has a particular FR number to identify it, which does not reside on the bill itself. Next you look at another $5 bill and it has a date of 2003 A. That bill will have a different FR number to identify it. Now you probably ask what's the A? It's a revision of the 2003 design. When anything changes, even as simple as the new signatures of the new US Treasurer or Secretary, the new signatures constitute a new revision, so even though a 2003 $5 might have been printed as late as 2005, the 2003 A would then have been minted after 2005. So as you can see, currency is tracked differently than coinage that has dates of mint, it instead has dates of design and subsequent revisions, and each revision has an FR number to identify it. The easiest example of how people misread this principle, is with some of the $1 Silver Certificates. In 1935 they designed the 1935 version. Some years later as either the design changed or the signatures changed, they went to 1935 A, 1935 B, etc. Then they did a whole redesign in 1957. So if you have a 1935 G $1 Silver Certificate, it was not printed in 1935 as people often think, it was printed much later like into the 1950's. You could figure it out by looking at the signatures, and researching as to when both those people were in office together, and come up with a range of dates that identify the age of a particular FR-numbered note. Now look at the 1963 Barr Dollar. Barr and the other name were only in office together for about 6 months, so there is only 6 months worth of notes bearing their signatures, which makes the Barr dollar a little more rare than other FR numbers. Now back to the Black Eagle, you'll have to research the signatures like Speelman, Burke, Teehee, White, and others, in order to find out what FR number note you have, and also what the relative rarity of that note is, thus the collector value.

The Mint has never made $2 bills. The Mint strikes coins. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing makes bills, and it is a separate part of the Treasury Department.

The first $2 bills at the national level were U.S. Notes issued in 1862. Private banks may have issued their own at an earlier date, however.

What you have is a silver certificate. They used to be redeemable for $1.00 in silver bullion, back in the days when the price of silver was controlled.

The 1957 series notes were the last issued before dollar bills were issued as Federal Reserve notes, so a lot were hoarded. In circulated condition your bill might be worth $1.50 to $2.00.

FWIW, a bill's serial number is almost always meaningless as a factor in the note's value. There are people who collect "interesting" numbers; e.g. 00000005 or 12344321, but the others are usually ignored.

There is no such note that has ever been issued for the US. A number of companies sell novelty items that look like "million dollar" bills but these are intended as jokes. They sell for a couple of bucks and usually have wording like "NOT A MILLION" or something similar printed on them.

The $100000 note was the largest note ever issued by the US, however it was used solely between banks and never circulated.

Probably 20 dollars it might be like five dollars more valuable thought but i dont think any one would by it. You might want to google it though.

More information is needed. You need to know the bill's date, condition, and whether it has a small letter next to the date. Then check a site such as the one linked below for a range of values.

A penny or two for the paper it's printed on. It's a modern novelty item that sells for a few dollars. There isn't and never has been a genuine US $1 million bill. The highest denomination ever printed was $100,000 and those were only used inside the government; they were never circulated.
