Why can't zero from vampire knight drink blood tablets?
Zero can't drink the tablets because of two reasons. Zero(being a hunter) can't deal with the fact that he is a vampire and that he needs to drink the blood tablets so that he can live. Also the blood tablet isn't enough. Since he is slowly becoming a level E he is also slowly losing his capability to suppress his urge to drink real blood.
What type of ear piercing does Zero from vampire knight have?
If you're talking about the on his left ear, then it's most likely a slip on kind of earring. I think it's called a charm earring or something like that. You pretty much just put it on your ear, no piercing needed.
Its called a Cuff earring, you can get a piercing for it, but you can also get clip on cuffs, however i'm told they can get very uncomfortable, like most clip on earrings. The cuff earrings you can get for when you have it pierced tend to be more complex, and look nicer. :)

After revealing himself, Kaname revives Rido's body using his blood. Following his true body's revival, Rido's servants sense his revival and begin to attack the school students in order to capture prey for Rido to feed on. Rido attempts to compel Aido to feed upon him, but is thwarted by Yuki. Seeing Yuki's resemblance to her mother, his sister Juri, Rido changes his original desire from eating Yuki (in order to gain power) to taking Yuki as his lover as a replacement for Juri,Answers.comwho he loved but who had never wanted him, having chosen Haruka over him. Rido's life seemingly came to an end when he was defeated by Zero, with the help of Yuki, but it was recently revealed that Rido did not completely die. Instead, he now exists as a phantasmal 'fragment' of consciousness attached to Kaname, who only can only be seen or heard by Kaname.
Kaname is alive at this moment in the manga (current chapter out 56). He may die later on because of plot twists ect. but it is doubtlful he will die in the next few chapters.
