Safflower oil is used to dilute oil paint and is the base for many oil paints, but is not a solvent. A solvent dissolves the paint completely. Adding more oil to oil paint will only thin the color out into the solution. To dissolve oil paint use a odorless thinner available through art supply stores or turpentine (preferably odorless, a lot of people have a bad reaction to turpentine). Safflower oil will work if you want to thin the paint but will not clean your brushes.

There has been nothing discovered scientifically to suggest sesame (seeds at least) are in any way harmful, and if the oil is part of a pregnancy recipe it would appear the oil is all right as well.

Why can't you find Organic Corn Oil for sale anywhere in US?
My strong suspicion is that since ~90% of the corn grown in the U.S. is genetically engineered (GMO), the small percentage of corn grown here that is NOT genetically modified is almost certainly not used to make oil. It's used for organic corn tortilla chips, tortillas etc. So organic corn oil evidently does not exist here in the U.S., if anywhere (legitimately). [I've also been looking for it myself.]
Is Waste Vegetable Oil Considered Biomass?
Not really. Biomass refers to the waste products of plants which are burned to produce electricity. These include, bagasse, wood, brush, chaff or any other farm or agricultural production waste products. Vegetable, or cooking oil, waste is not an agricultural waste product.
