You need to go to their website and purchase a license for it.

In Polygon Movie Maker, under the "File" menu, click on "render to AVI file" option. You will be prompted for the file name. After you specify a file name, you will be prompted for video settings.

Common video settings are 30 fps, recording all frames (leave both "recording" boxes blank), output WAVE file should be checked if you also imported an audio file, and use the video compressor of your choice (I generally export to raw AVI and then compress with VLC.)

To change the "AVI size" which is disabled in the export options, under the "View" menu, select "Screen Size" and enter your desired resolution. Typical resolutions are 320x240 (small), 640x480 (medium), 1024x768 (large), 1280x720 (720p High Definition), and 1920x1080 (1080p High Definition).

Depending on where you'll be using the animation, you'll have to decide for yourself what the best resolution to use is. If you're projecting onto a screen, I recommend using the highest resolution your projector natively supports.

It is useful cause you editing the movie/and type of recording so it can be better.

No in order to really make things like that you need, 3DS max, or After effects. Both very expensive. Sorry, you can download trials of both of those products though.

You tube has a copyright policy which states you must own (or have permission) the copyright to videos you post. If someone posts video which Sony owns without permission (a contrevention of the copyright act) Sony can request it's removal in accordance with Youtube's copyright policy.

This policy also applies if you make a home video that has copyrighted content in the background.

Well there are many software options which you can create use to create visual effects, though it depends what you are after which determines your decision.

For industry standard effects and general compositing After Effects from Adobe is by far the must commonly used. Though free software which can be used for basic visual effects includes Windows Movie Maker or Apple iMovie. However these only provide basic effects, and you really get what you pay for in the visual effects industry.
