Are animal teeth used in voodoo?
Not voodoo to my knowledge- it certainly does not have ( Congregations on Rites) overseeing worship practices. But a variety of Tribal religions and customs involve animal teeth as talismans of courageous actions, as in hunting. they are associated with American Indians, mostly. Elk Teeth, Buck Teeth ( animal not human) and so on. There are conservationist arguments against this sort of thing- Tusk Tusk- a Tusk is essentially an elongated tooth. Do not confuse with the Whaling art of Scrimshaw, engraving and etching on Whale"s teeth.
What is the image of Saint Philomena used to represent in Santeria?
This Roman Catholic devotional image has been appropriated by practitioners of Santeria, through a process called syncretism, to represent a pagan deity.
First of all it is Santeria. This roughly translates as the Way of the Saints. Statues of Saints are used as objects of divination, often they are given different names than what would be used in say, sunday school . Some Santeria groups have apparently divinized the famed actor Charlie Chaplin. I have seen statues of Mr Chaplin in a black suit with bow tie and mustache, obviously Charlie Chaplin, in Botanicas often alongside statues of say, Joan of Arc or St. Theresa. Okay Chaplain ( not spelling) is an ecclesiastical title, but...)

That question is almost true. Brazil has Christianity because when God said tell everyone of the news of Me, then people spread around the world to tell the good news. Most times a country would believe in God but then get almost taken over by another country that wants them to believe in there religion. Brazil has not had that yet so they will continue to believe in Jesus Christ.
Do Native Americans Use or used any form of voodoo?
No, but as with any Tribal society- or societies, there are plenty of odd cultural practices which might be confused with Voodoo. For example Katchina, also spelled Kachina.. Kachina ( pronounced roughly Catch-china!) means approximately human spirit body or soul-mate. they took the form of more-or-less anthropomorphic dolls and were a sort of mixture of charm-companion and boogeyman. they somewhat resembled the images on totem poles and are infrequently called ( Totem pole dolls) which is incorrect. there were zoomorphic decorations and designs on the helmets or hats ( well, we have the American Eagle on Garrison hats, right/) These dolls, called katchinas, were most popular in the Southwest and some were sold in souvenir shops off the Santa Fe railroad line. For some reason (maybe the fact that founder of the 99"s, Amelia Earhart , was the daughter of a Santa Fe executive, the idea took-off ( no pun intended) with the women fliers and they had a Katchina Doll 200 mile air race, and so on. Katchina dolls were prizes used. Katchina is not voodoo but the doll angle, well, perhaps a kindred spirit, but not really, Back in the sixties when Indian lore was a popular subject in magazine articles, stuff on the Katchina flourished- by the way it is NOT as tribe.. different tribes used them, mostly in the ATSF line area- a lot of ground!

In some regions it does. The Santeria community in New York has a very high percentage of gays and lesbians and is very gay-friendly. Santeros and santeras marry their same-sex partners without opposition. However, same-sex marriage is not permitted in the Caribbean where Santeria originates, nor in the Yoruba religion from which it derives. Yoruba culture in Africa strongly condemns homosexuality.
