Can you take nexium and Vyvanse together?
"Yes, there is no problem in taking those 2 drugs together, if both are prescribed and necessary."
Per a pharmacist the Nexium will intensify the valium and depending on the dosage it can become toxic plasma levels. I would not follow the advice above and would contact a doctor or pharmacist and not the internet.
What dose of adderall would produce the same effects as 20 mg per day of Vyvanse?
Adderall XR comes in multiple dosage forms, and usually these are easily transcribed to IR or visa versa. However, 20 mg. of IR 3x daily does not have an equivalent XR dosage for the triple daily dose. The manufacturer offers Adderall XR 30 mg. capsules, which would mean you would take the full 60 mg dose (2 capsules) all in the morning. It would end up being equivalent to taking two 30mg dosages of IR, rather than 3x 20 mgs daily. If you feel that the 3x 20 mg. daily dosing of IR is too important, you might want to just stay on that version. You can always talk to your doc and see whats available.
Can Adderall be taken as a booster to Vyvanse in the afternoon?
Check with your doctor but probably yes if you're an adult not a child. My psychiatrist gives me vyvanse 70 milligrams which i take in the morning at around 8 oclock and then i take a 15 milligram dose of adderall instant release at around 2-3 oclock. But I'm 21 I wouldn't recommend it for a child unless under the direct supervision of a doctor
How does profiderall compare to Adderall?
PROFIDERALL is what's called a Cognitive Energy Enhancer. It is a new category of supplements that are designed to increase focus, concentration, and energy like Adderall... but without a prescription. It is great as a smart drung, but isn't designed to be an alternative to ADD/ADHD treatment.
Does Vyvanse affect birth control?
Study after study shows that there are no clinically significant drug interactions* between the vast majority of antibiotics and the birth control pill. Anecdotal evidence from health care providers has led some to recommend using a backup method of birth control for a week after using antibiotics. Long-term use (as for acne) does not increase the risk of pregnancy. There are a few antibiotics, such as rifampin and griseofulvin and some HIV medications, that do interact. The safest approach is to check with your health care provider or pharmacist for advice specific to your situation.
*While some antibiotics may slightly change the absorption of estrogen in the gut, these changes are not enough to change how well the birth control pill works, with the exceptions noted above.

TRUTH:
Women have been warned for decades to use backup contraception when taking oral contraceptives and antibiotics together.
This all started back in the '70s when a few women on oral contraceptives took rifampin and then got pregnant.
Additional anecdotal reports started popping up, suggesting that other antibiotics might be related to unwanted pregnancies in women taking oral contraceptives.
One theory was that antibiotics killed gut bacteria, which are involved in estrogen absorption.
Researchers later discovered that rifampin and griseofulvin actually increase the metabolism of oral contraceptives, making them less effective.
But the evidence for other antibiotics is shaky.
In fact, oral contraceptive levels are not DECREASED by most antibiotics...tetracycline, doxycycline, ampicillin, quinolones, and metronidazole.
Oral contraceptive levels are actually INCREASED by some antibiotics...erythromycin...clarithromycin...and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole.
There's growing evidence that most women taking antibiotics with oral contraceptives do NOT have an increased risk of getting pregnant.
But most package inserts still warn that another form of contraception is needed when starting antibiotics.
Explain to women taking oral contraceptives that there can be up to a 3% failure rate, regardless of antibiotic use.
A small number of women might be predisposed to a higher failure rate due to genetic metabolic variations...but it's difficult to determine who these women are.
To be on the safe side, tell women to continue using backup contraception during the entire course of antibiotics and for 7 days after.
Explain that sickness or antibiotic side effects such as diarrhea or vomiting can increase oral contraceptive failure.
Can you take phentermine and Vyvanse same day?
If your doctor has prescribed both and knows you are taking them, yes. Just remember that phentermine is addictive, so take it exactly as the doctor said to and don't take extra. Effexor makes most people slightly sleepy, so the phentermine might counteract that side effect and make you wired up. You might have some trouble sleeping on phentermine.
Can you take vyvance and meclizine together?
Yes, a person can take Ritalin and Meclizine together. However, the interactions between the two drugs combined can be bad.
Can you take Vyvanse with Zithromax?
It is OK to take your antibiotics and Vyvanse. Remember that erythromycin can be harsh on the stomach. Have some food before you take it. Remember to keep taking the antibiotic even after you feel better. You want to kill all the bacteria and not leave any hiding in your body!
Maybe... Im having the same experiance.. Im on 30mg day, for about 3 weeks.. All of a sudden, numbness (cold) in my left arm and leg... I dont know if its just because Im so focused on work that I dont get up from my desk for 4-6 hours at a time, or if its the drug. Ironically though, as soon as I started moving/walking around, it felt like the blood returned, and the area instantly had a rush of a warm feeling?!?!?!
How many days does Vyvanse take to work in adults?
It requires around three days for Vyvanse to leave your body. If you drink extra water to flush the system it could take as little as one day to be completely removed.
Which is stronger Vyvanse or Adderall?
That depends on the person and what effect they're looking for. Vyvanse has a longer half-life (last longer) and the desired effects are more stable throughout the effected time. Aderrall XR is less stable through it's shorter half-life; meaning that a person who is taking it can have more highs and lows throughout the effected time.
What does Vyvanse show up as in a drug test?
It will show up as Amphetamine (whether legal: adderall, dexedrine, and vyvanse, or illegal: speed). Unfortunately they can not tell which you took, all it is to them is "AMPHETAMINE". SO unless you have a valid prescription you should be fine (not in all cases).
Will Vyvanse and phentermine show up the same on a drug test?
I am assuming that you mean "phenteramine."
The answer is YES, both show up in drug screens. Drug screens do not test for specific drugs, only broad classes of drugs like amphetamines and benzodiazepines. Phenteramine, being a sympathetic amine of amphetamine (an "amphetamine congener") will make a drug test show up as "hot" for amphetamine. Same thing with Adderall, which is simply four different salts of amphetamine mixed together.
Hope this helps,
Dr. Ron
Can you mix ADHD medications if adderol or Vyvanse isn't working on its own?
Although only a doctor who is experienced with both these medications and their possible interaction effects can answer this, the general (and safer) answer would be no. First of all, there is a reason why ADHD pill containers warn users not to break the pills/chew them while taking them. This speeds their release amount per time and can have dangerous effects (such as tachycardia (too fast heartbeat), hypertension, anxiety, etc.) some of which can be life threatening. Both these drugs are stimulants, so if you take them combined, you are increasing your risks for these complications. In addition, because these work by related mechanisms, they could have combined effects that are different than either alone and more dangerous. If it is not working, the best things to try are different dose levels, different administration (for some, taking a low dose over several times a day is better than one/two normal doses), or other coping mechanisms (such as increased exercise (when NOT on the medication, i.e., at least 6 hours since you last took it (if it's not the extended release)). Also, it's possible that your symptoms may be caused by other problems than ADHD, and that is why the medication doesn't work.
Hope this answered your question. I can 99.9% guarantee you that no qualified doctor would ever recommend double doses, as it could kill you.
Is it bad to mix Pot and Vyvanse?
There are no added Effects if that's what your trying to achieve. You will get the same "high" and it will also require much more marijuana in order to feel the same effect as you would without vyvanse.
Results will Very with the potency of your marijuana

What happens if you take 150mg of vyvance and you are not prescribed?
U will feel really wired and would be really concentrated, u also kinda feel like smoking a whole plant of cali tree
What is the difference in Vyvanse and Adderall?
Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is an inactive prodrug to Dextro-amphetamine that's broken down in the digestive tract somewhere into Levo-lysine (the AA) and Dextro-amphetamine.
About 50% of the active compounds in Adderall are Dextro-amphetamine salts, the other half being two racemic amphetamine salts. So, Adderall consists of roughly 75% Dextro-amphetamine, the ultimate active metabolite of lisdexamfetamine, and 25% Levo-amphetamine.
There are also differences in their pharmacokinetics. Adderall comes in immediate and extended release formulas. Vyvanse has a very long effetcs duration, longer then the extended release Adderall. I would take Vyvanse in the morning and always be good for the rest of the day, while the Adderall XRs wore off earlier.
Does marijuana negate the effects of Vyvanse?
I do, and so far so good, I would like to know if it has any interactions, though, I am not being very smart about it for not knowing first. IMHO, I think the Vyvanse is bad for an adult if used long term, I think it would have to start messing with the ole ticker. If you had to give one of the two up, I would quit the Vyvanse. There are about 1,000 years of history with the other, not so much, for this here cocktail of God knows what. However, no doctor will tell you that, they seem to all personally benefit from specifying brands. I bet a lot of them go home to a little bag of sunshine every night and never touch any other meds...
Can you take vyvance and prestiqu?
It is generally not recommended to take Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) and Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) together without consulting a healthcare professional. Both medications can affect neurotransmitters in the brain, potentially increasing the risk of side effects such as increased blood pressure or heart rate. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before combining medications to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Can you take Vyvanse and become a police officer?
Yes, this should not prevent one from becoming a police officer...assuming that the person applying is upfront regarding the condition that he/she is receiving the medication for.
