Not sure I know what you mean by "downgrade." There is only 1 level of WoW account. You pay $14.99 a month for it (less if you get a longer subscription.) The only other type of account is a free trial account which you can only play for 10 days and you can only get to a certain level.

The game is not dangerous, I play this game regularly and I'm 52 years old...and it has never affected me in anyway. It could be possible but I haven't tried it. If you could set up one of the controller's joysticks to act like a mouse you would simply have to bind keyboard functions to the other controller buttons but it would be impossible to use the in-game chat feature without a keyboard, virtual or otherwise.

To get to Dalaran, there are quest givers in the zone Dragonblight ( for the Alliance in Star's Rest, and for the horde, in Agmar's Hammer) that will teleport you to Dalaran. To use this way, I believe you must level 74 or higher.

You can reach Dalaran by mage portal, or by warlock summons at any level.

A starting death knight has the Runeforging Skill (found in the general tab of the spellbook, "P" button). When you get the quest to Emblazon a Runeblade, you simply walk to one of the weapon racks (they will have glowing sparkles around it) and right-click it to get an unadorned runeblade.

Then, walk to a forge, open your runeforging skill, click a rune and apply it. You have then completed the quest.

Any time you want to forge a new rune (on a new weapon for instance) follow the same process. You need to be close to a Runeforge to do so.

Glyphs can be made if you have the Inscription profession. To make glyphs you will need to either buy herbs off of the AH or have the herbalism profession (Allows you to pick you own herbs).

Once you have the profession, you open up the Inscription UI and click what you want to make. If you have the materials, then the UI will make it and place it in your bags.

Dual-wielding is a skill reserved for certain classes and certain specs.

For example, an Enhancement Shaman can take a talent point in Dual Weapon Specialization, but properly-spec'd Restoration and Elemental Shaman don't get that option.

If you are a Rogue, you will get dual-wield specialization from your class trainer at level 10.

If you are a Warrior or a Hunter, you will get dual-wield capabilities from your class trainer as well, but at level 20.

The rest of the classes cannot dual wield.

There is no way to play world of warcraft free forever unless you want to hack blizzard itself which I do not recommend, or get on a private server that doesn't charge you. You can get a free 10 day trial forever but it's not worth it at all.

Server transfers can take up to five days to complete. If it is taking longer than that, you might want to give Blizzard support a call or ask on the customer service forum.

Make sure you have exited World of Warcraft completly. Open your prefered web browser and point it to the address in the related links section. Download the addons and extract it to the interface\addons folder in your WoW folder. If done correctly, it should show in the addons list on the character select screen.

What do you mean? You level up by getting experience from killing creatures and doing quests, which you level up with. You just get enough experience to get past level seven!

If that's not what you mean, then i don't know. Your character's levels are the only 'Levels' in the game, this is not a game like Mario or something where you have different 'levels' to complete!
