There are several ways to do that. The way I usually do it is to pick up the table and place it somewhere and drag your opponent to the table and press X (ps3, ps2 and psp) / A (Xbox 360) to place the opponent on the table. Then you can jump on the table from the corner or a ladder.
Another way is to place the table somewhere like on the first way. But instead of placing your opponent on the table, you use a suplex (with the right analog stick). The problem with that is that it's very hard to hit the table, because there are so many different suplexes.
And the last way is to carry the table to the corner, and press circle (ps3, ps2 and psp) / B (Xbox 360), and you'll lean the table against the corner rope. Then Irish whip your opponent to the table, and then use a suplex with the right analog stick. But do not move the analog stick while doing the suplex. It aims automatically at the table.
