I'm a moderate Xanax user(once a week). I weight 163, 5'11" ...first time I used, I took 1mg and I could " feel" it, but it was just slightly. .....
I just incremented from there every week....ending up around 4.5 mg, but that just made me fall asleep. so i keep it down between 3-3.5 mg and when i use and it makes me feel pretty damn good.....
but everyone is different man....so. 5 mg might hit you harder than me.......so as others will tell you, just start off small and dose up from there till you are comfortable with a certain dosage.
some drink with a couple mg, but my experience with alcohol ends up with me waking up like I got knocked out and had no recollection of the previous night.......
