It would seem difficult for it to be in a "half way" state. Where it can move, has some memories - like of what doors are - and some rudimentary tool using ability. What would actually motivate it would be an issue, too. It would seem unlikely to care about eating.

It is possible, but it wont necessarily be like what is in movies. it would be the spread of disease, death, insanity, and cannibalism. It wont be like the living dead, but just diseased people.

no, however a long time ago (about 100 years ago) there has been a disease called zombie where it makes a human can turn into something similar to a zombie but not a zombie that rises from the dead and tries to eat you but something similar to a zombie. the mystery still ain't solved yet. (It makes people go cooky and loopy.)

There actually is one thing that i heard from a scientist that if a certaint part of the brain is cutt off then the person will not be in control of their actions and do bad stuff. (such as try to hurt people, kill, etc.......) The person sees what they are doing but they don't mean to do it and don't want to do it.........i don't know what part of the brain.

Zombies are reanimated humans that are infected with a virus called Solanum. The virus can only be transferred through direct fluid contact, so the only way to become a zombie is to encounter one yourself. No one is quite sure where the virus originated.

The virus travels directly from the infection point to the brain, its main control center. From there, it kills the host, then reanimates them, adding a need to consume human flesh. No one knows why the virus desires human flesh, either.

However, the virus only activates what it needs to eat humans: Arms, legs, mouth, and brain. Everything else is useless: Heart, lungs, digestive system, pain receptors, etc.
