Go To Start ---> Settings ---> Control Panel ----> Network and internet Connections ---> Internet Options. In Internet Options there is a textbox that looks like this:

Remove the web address that is currently there and enter http://www.Google.com. go to google type in pimp my homepage then it will tell you what do do from there you can put a picture of yourself as your homepage

In Internet Explorer 8, there is an option of doing this already.Open Internet Explorer 8.On the toolbar, there is a house icon.When visitng Google click the drop down from the house and select Add or Change Home Page.Choose "Add this web page to your home page tabs".Click Tools > Internet Options and make sure that you are on the General tab (Note: if Google isn't your home page, you can set it on this tab - use the top section)Near the bottom of the box you see Tabs section.
