The Wikipedia link lists Venezuela as #1 and Saudi Arabia as #2. Others have Saudi Arabia as #1 and Canada as #2. But when you look at what Canada and Venezuela are currently producing, you will see they are not even close to the top of the list.
The reason for the different lists is because Canada and Venezuela have large heavy oil deposits, which will require advanced technology and large capital investments to produce. The level of certainty of these reserves is likely less than stated reserves in Iran, Iraq and Kuwait, also generally in the top five on reserves lists.
Some OPEC countries that have large oil reserves are Saudi Arabia, Canada, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. but the largest for sure is Saudi Arabia.
