90 mark 7 oil returns plugged also leaking oil from rear main and or intake?

Okay, so you have a mark 7, so you're pretty much FUBAR for as much as Ford cares so you might as well go with my crazy theories.
First, we'll fix the problem of plugged oil returns:
1: Do an oil change.
2:Pour 2 tablespoons of Dawn dishwashind detergent and 1 quart of Mercon Transmission Fluid into your oil fill. Run (at idle) for 5 minutes twice daily for about a week. If this doesn't help, throw some reman heads on there.
3: Do an oil change again
Now for the oil leak. Replace the leaking gasket or seal.
Answeri have the same issue. i replaced BOTH pcv valves,leAk has slowed down and it can breath now. i believe it is the rear intake and am looking 4 more infocheck the inlet for the PVC system at the intake if its stopped up it will cause it to
leak at the rear oil seal.

How do you check for a blown intake gasket?
Look for leaking antifreeze/coolant. Usually you can see it leaking around the top of the engine. Also check your oil, if it looks milky it has been mixed with coolant and you intake manifold gasket is leaking. That being said, it is possible to have a leaking intake gasket with no sign of leaking antifreeze. Most intake manifold issues/leaks are coupled with poor engine performance and even sputtering and lack of power.

NO NO, That would be a intake gasket leaking, not a head gasket. You also should check where the heater hose hooks up on the intake, it may be leaking.

There is a heater hose that goes in the left rear back side of the intake manifold that hooks to a quick disconnect fitting, It is common for the fitting to leak antifreeze. If it is oil that is leaking, then there is a oil sending unit to the right of the distributor that could be leaking oil. There is a long rubber gasket that seals the back of the intake manifold to keep it from leaking oil also. That's all that could be leaking back there. GOOD LUCK.

By chance, did you use sealant when you put the new gasket on? If not, there is your problem.

Need to check all 4 corners of the intake manifold real close. The Intake gaskets are none for leaking-- common problem with that engine, Also need to check the heater hose fitting in the left rear of intake manifold.(Top side) If there is antifreeze on the lower radiator hose then the water pump is leaking. You need to climb up and lean over the engine and run your fingers around the back 2 corners of the intake manifold and see if you get antifreeze on them. They are none for the intake gaskets to leak engine coolant. It is a common problem with the vortec engines. There are also 2 freeze plugs in the back of the engine where the fly-wheel is bolted to the engine that could be leaking engine coolant. There is also a heater core hose that goes into the rear left corner of the intake that could be leaking. The hose fits into a quick disconnect fitting that screews into the intake. It is common for the fitting to leak too,

If your sure that it is leaking around the distributor then replace the distributor gasket or O-ring. It could also be leaking oil out of the back of the intake manifold. Gasket or sealer may have moved while tighting the intake bolts. Could be coming from the oil sending unit behind the distributor too.

maybe it's not the intake gasket. Maybe it is the intake manifold itself, they were bad about cracking. Also there is a coolant line that runs under the manifold that likes to leak as well.
