No. However, since breasts are made up primarily of fat, losing weight will make them smaller.

Lately I have been doing a lot of crunches,and my boobs have gotten smaller. Try doing situps instead!

Nothing will.

Well, it is far far from true that "nothing" will make your breasts smaller. Lots of things can decrease breast size from loosing weight to going certain sports. However as far as push-ups decreasing size, I always heard that they actually help build up muscle under your breasts not only making them perkier, but fuller as well.

Also not all guys like big boobs, in fact the majority of man would much rather have a girl with a nice booty than any boobs at all, if you don't believe me take a poll and surprise yourself. =] Also there are certain clothes that can help your bust appear larger, like frill at the bust line or those tops with the ribbon going under the bust.

Also girls with small boobs can still be way prettier.

Think Taylor Swift, Miley Cirus, Gwen Stefani, Kristen Kruek, and lots more. Compared to all the big or rather plain girls with big busts. Learn to love what you have, and what you won't have when you get old (saggy, nasty, to-your-knees boobies).

BTW I'm a size 36A and just now learning to be alright with my size. =]

No. not by doing regular crunches on the floor. those actuallyhurt you more than help you. Advanced crunches I'm a gymnast :) ) give real results. Lie flat on your back and put your arms straight over your head. Pull up with legs crunched. then come back out. Don't let your feet of back touch the ground. The only thing touching is your butt. It depends what you mean by bad? If you mean your stomach appears larger after exercise this is due to increased blood flow to your abdominal area. The reason for this is because those muscles now need more oxygen, glucose, amino acids and various other molecules and compounds to help it work and take away waste substances such as CO2 etc. All that crunches do is build up your abdominal muscles but just doing crunches will most likely NOT lead to a 6-pack! You need to do cardio such as high intensity interval training (HIIT) to burn away the fat and reveal your abs. Also doing ab crunches alone will not lead to a very visible or strong abdominal muscles and core. You need to do a variety of abdominal, oblique and core exercises. Basically in no real way is it bad to do ab crunches if you have a lot of belly fat. You just need to make sure your doing cardio, playing sports or doing resistance exercise 3 times a week to ensure you have a visible, toned abdominal area which is also strong. Before I forget DIET plays a big part!! Make sure you are getting plenty of raw fesh fruit and veg as well as protein with every meal and that your eating at regular intervals throughout the day. NOT 3 meals but 5 or 6 smaller meals. Limit your in take as much as possible of White bread, rice, pasta and potatoes. Replace it with wholewheat pasta @ rice, wholemeal breads and new or baby potatoes.
