Yes. The relationship between the landlord and bank has nothing to do with the tenant.
Yes, your rate could change, because 5 days is considered a week, there for more or likely you were put on a weekly special at the time of reservations. Then once you return in 4 days the weekly rate is not available bc you didnt have the car long enough... You are then given the daily rate, which could end up being more.
Depends on if your apartment community reported to the credit bureau's as being a late payment. Most of the apartments where I have lived, didnt report it when I was a month late. Apartments usually get you if your late constantly or evicted from the apartment. You could ask your landlord if they reported it as being late.
Yes, if you have not fulfilled the terms of the lease. For instance if you moved out during the term of the lease, you would be liable for ALL the rent due for the entire term of the lease even though you had moved out. You may also not have given any notice required by the lease and thus be liable for the rent during this notice period. You may also have neglected to inform the landlord in writing that you wished to end the lease in which case you are still bound by the lease. Understand that a lease is a binding contract it gives YOU certain rights but it also requires you to pay the rent due to the landlord.
no he didnt have kids either :(
We live in an apartment and the owners raise (or try to raise) our rent anywhere from $35 - $65 a month every year. We live in PA. I've found that you can negotiate with the landlord. I've asked if they only raise it *** (always lower then they wanted) we'll sign a two year lease. I've never had them turn us down.

I dont think a bank would finance ANYone that didnt have a house , its hard to make the mortgage when your homeless
No, generally not. You have to a required to alert your landlord to a problem and give them time to fix it before you can sue them for it. Now if you can prove that they were a ware of the problem then you might have a case but if not then the courts will most likely side with the landlord and you will be the one stuck paying court bills. There may be local laws or circumstances regarding this issue that I'm not aware of. If so your best bet is to do some research.
He considered them immoral.
You can go to the court and ask for a hearing on the matter and tell them you weren't served papers.
Contact your old landlord and ask if they won't assist you in this matter. OR - if you have a copy of the letter or notice that you gave the old landlord it would certainly help. If you have already moved out, it sounds like he's trying to threaten you into paying. While it IS possible, it's kind of doubtful that he will spend the money to take you to court.
Greyscale media didnt start yet..
You should have received the form in the mail at the end of the year. You must use the form when filing your taxes each year.
