There is not and never has been a country called "Eurasia". These countries were once part of the Soviet Union.

Yugoslavia was influenced by, but not signatorty to, the Warsaw Pact.

I believe it was Lithuania (Lietuva). Lithuania left in 1990, followed by Latvia and Estonia. Then Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus dissolved it in December of 1991.
